Why this week exists
The fellows said the programme is running hot. This week is the answer: no new module content, mission time to finish the BizEcon business read, clubs that they will own, a tournament they run themselves, and a day out. The empty space in the schedule is deliberate. Do not fill it.
Day by day
| Monday | 10:00 pre-brief (Prantik) frames the week honestly. Mission Work Block 10:30, then Club Formation (Khazal + Prantik) — three clubs formed, each elects a lead, clubs get standing weekly slots from W5. After lunch, One Month In: state of the cohort + open AMA with both founders, nothing off the table. Office Hours round 1 from 15:15 — fellows book 20-min slots on their own ideas; PRs run the roster. Out by 16:30. |
| Tuesday | Bharat Quiz (Akshay / Jeffin) — India-business trivia, teams of 5. Then Fireside with FreshToHome, the Kochi-built consumer brand. After lunch, screening (Chak De India or related) starts sharp at 14:00 to land the 16:30 wrap; library corner open in parallel. Council builds the tournament bracket this evening — pools drawn, printed big. Not on a laptop tomorrow morning. |
| Wednesday | Badminton day, Council-run. Bracket reveal at coffee (roles for non-players: scorers, bracket desk, commentary, chai). Pool stage till lunch — doubles, 15 teams, 3 pools of 5, short games. Knockouts + final 14:00–16:00, prizes and cohort photo to 16:30. Mission 02 submissions close in Gravity today — PRs remind at the bracket reveal, before the shuttles fly. |
| Thursday | Day trip (Sulfi + PRs) — Fort Kochi or Kadamakudy, destination to lock. If sunset is the point, return runs past 19:00. Sunset jam at the viewpoint — instruments on the bus. Monsoon watch: IMD checked Wed evening and Thu 08:00; rain call at 12:00 sharp, before buses. Fallback: games + jam on campus, trip moves to the next clear day. |
| Friday | Club Kickoff Work Block — each club plans its first activity and requests its W5 standing slot, one page per club. Office Hours round 2, then the long prayer + lunch window. 14:00: Letters to October Self — sealed, opened Oct 1 — then the gratitude round. 16:00: Insider Session with Shalini Warrier, ex-COO of Federal Bank. Week close 17:00, W5 setup: club slots land on next week's schedule; Basics of Law + The Prosecution carry to W5 as a pair. |

- Office hours rosters both rounds: 20-min slots, everyone who wants one gets one.
- Monsoon watch is yours: two forecast checks, the 12:00 rain call, escalation to Sulfi.
- Wednesday reminder: submissions close today — say it at bracket reveal.
- Trip: buddy pairs, headcount protocol, water, first aid.
Ops checklist
- Court count confirmed for Wednesday — 3 courts runs clean; 2 courts means shorter games. Format follows courts.
- Shalini pre-read: one page to fellows by Wednesday.
- Envelopes and pens for Friday's letters; a box that stays sealed till Oct 1.
- Instruments on the Thursday bus. Speaker + mic for the fireside and insider session.
